This quiet neighborhood earns its name "Pleasure Point". Less than 1 block to beach.4 bikes are provided to ride 10 minutes to the south, to the village of Capitola with its large beach complete with volleyball courts, restaurants and shops. To the north is the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with the West coast's oldest wooden roller coaster and free world-class entertainers on Friday nights during the summer. |
Amenities Freshly remodeled 1920's garden-style Bungalow with open architecture. Queen Murphy bed in the bedroom area; a queen innerspring futon in the living room area. Two twin cots. 1 bath. Modern full kitchen is included as well as a firestove, hot tub, local phone calls, computer connection, and 100’s videotapes , Satellite TV , local newspaper and a hiatsu-massage chair. The unit can be made handicapped accessible by putting a small ramp up two steps from the outside. Notice must be given that it is required |
